Very loud kitchen women bickering and arguing seems like they worry more about themselves instead of taking care of the customers. It’s nonsense to wait over 30mins for a sausage biscuit. Last time I visited it was night shift which was more calmer but food was just cold. I believe Sasha and Terence made sure my order was correct after receiving cold food. Seems like nothing has changed and the store has become more chaotic and toxic. Who are the owners are they not concerned

But we always come back bc life with two picky eaters leaves us with little options for something quick. Today after church we stopped in for lunch. This has been the best experience in a McDonald’s that I have had in months. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, everything was exactly how we ordered it and the associates were very helpful with anything we needed. Keep up the good work Taylorsville McDonald’s!
