What really concerned me, though, was the lack of basic food safety practices I noticed while waiting for my order. No one behind the counter wore gloves when serving food, scooping fries, or putting meals together. I also didn’t see anyone washing their hands before handling food. It made me question how clean the kitchen area might be. I love Bojangles normally, but this location really needs to improve its hygiene and freshness standards—I won’t be coming back until it does.
