The customer wanted 6 sausage biscuits and 2 chicken supreme combos, they only had 4 old pieces of sausage, ones sitting there for who knows how many hours and after 20 mins waiting they tell me they don't have the other 2 unless they cook them. And they got mad that anyone would even suggest they actually cook them. Then they leave the other food sitting here for 20 mins before they even start making the other 2 sausage. Now this food in the bag is cold and nasty..... but they don't care! Order is late, food is old and cold and it's the same crap everyday. They are lazy. And refuse to give you fresh food.

I’m sure it’s financially beneficial for the owners right now, but it’s frustrating for customers; particularly when it’s a dated and poorly implemented AI system that sounds like Alexa and can’t handle anything except small orders. They could at least have a screen that displays the order. Having AI before having a display screen is ridiculous.

- KMKatie McElweeDec 6, 20251.0The manager at night time treats every employee and customer like absolute garbage. She refuses to make chicken and refers to go to KFC. She cussed out several of her employees in front of my children. If any of the employees see this I would sue for everything because that's discrimination and harassment. I will pray for y'all because no one should ever be cussed out over $12 an hour. Do not support this Bojangles until under New Management because she is treating people in our community terrible and inhuman.
