Got home and my roast beef sandwhiches seemed smaller than usual. All four of my fries were half filled and cold. Absolutely disappointing. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go to this location. Not sure if it’s a this location or corporate telling them to skimp on food to improve profit but absolutely infuriating.
- SRSherry RDec 14, 20251.0Ordered a jamocha shake and all I got was a vanilla shake with whipped cream. No coffee flavor, no chocolate flavor, just plain disgusting vanilla with whipped cream. I told her and she said ,"that's what is it, we don't add chocolate to it or coffee". Then in my opinion it should just be called a vanilla shake. Stop cheating people! Stop calling it Jamocha shake when it ain't got nothing but vanilla ice cream! It's disgusting.

- KDKevin DonovanNov 7, 20251.0One car ahead of me in drive thru..took 15 minutes to get there order .I pull up to window dirty people who obviously didn't bathe today ..slow and it took 10 more minutes for my order total time in drive thru 25 minutes ...love some Arby's but damn y'all have to work a little faster lunch breaks are only 30 minutes I've worked in food it takes at most if you have to cook it chicken for 4 minutes no reason acceptable for that long of wait ever
