My pick up window was 11-noon but the person picking didnt start until 1110am shopping. I picked the pick up time cause it was the time in my schedule however the order was not ready in the pick up time frame. I said no substitution online and person shopping called and asked me and again I said no substitutions and still received substitutions. I dont do the substitutions cause I always get products I do not want and will not eat so im just wasting money. Im pissed that my instructions for NO SUBSTITUTIONS was completely ignored. I should at least get money back on the 2 items I did not want the salsa and ranch which the person just decided to substitute on their own.
