    Trying to figure out why McDonald’s in Tarboro is showing open 24/7. Let me place a mobile order charged my card and when I arrive to pick up my food employees hid inside and would not come to the speaker or any of the windows. If you’re closed great! Update the website and don’t charge my card for food I can not receive. This McDonald’s has been a mess for years I do not know why I keep trying at this point.

    “Open 24 hours” lady in there say let me know where you’re ready and when I pull up she ignores me. 0/10 customer service. Very disappointed

    I would give zero stars, but they won’t let me I never ever order something from a McDonald that wasnt cook all the way every time I go to a McDonald I will never ever go to this one again like eww learn to cook your food if I get sick cause of yall

    Ordered curbside pickup and waited 20 min before i went inside to see what was going on. turns out my food had been sitting on the counter the entire time. i understand being short staff and busy but to leave a bag sitting out and no one notice is crazy. also it took a while for anyone to come up front to help. one of the workers remade my order which i was thankful for but i didn’t receive my 2 diet cokes i paid for and the patties on my burgers were burnt. I hate hate complaining or seeming like a karen but that had to be the worst experience ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. i know a lot of people have bad experiences here as well and this isn’t my first bad experience here. whoever the owner of this establishment is does not care how his/her business is ran.
