Ok, so I had not been to Arby's in a while,and thought I'd give them another try. For some reason it has changed alot. Me and my fiance go about the same time every couple days now. We have not waited more than 5-8 minutes, and our food is hot and ready. I love getting the big roast beef sandwichs, and my fiance loves to get the 🐟 fish sandwich. Now I don't know how the drive-thru does but I know inside the meals are done quick. The sanitation grade for this store is a 99.5, most restaurants here in town are in the low nineties. And when we've been it's always really clean. So YES , I gave them all 5 stars, because this store deserves it right now. Thank you to management and the staff there for such a great restaurant. Oh! , One more thing, we always ring the 🔔 Bell when leaving.

The Cashier at 7pm on sunday January 17th, was a strange rude one. We stood at the counter for several minutes, waiting for her to clock in on her register (we assumed she was doing that)
After Several minutes, she finally raised her head, looked at me and said
"You're set" !!!
I assumed that she was using some type of slang for "hello, welcome to Arby's, may I take your order" 🤔 💭 🤔
Arby's is officially "trash" in my mind.
After waiting 10-15 minutes for our order, and receiving it Luke warm, to cold in temperature, I'm done with them.
