I ordered 3 black coffees and was asked to pull up to the 3rd window due to the coffee needing to brew. I patiently waited for 15 minutes before one of the employees taking care of the dining area came out to ask what I was waiting for. I requested a manager and was met with a very nasty attitude from the manager in addition to her not knowing what my order was. I had to go in to get my coffees and was met yet again with more unprofessional McDonalds employees. The girls on the window, making the food and the manager all need to be fired!

Bun sideways mayonnaise is sliding everywhere. It’s all in the wrapper. I don’t understand this place at all whoever the bad attitude girl that was running food out to cars last night at about 6pm 11-02-2025 should not be working in customer service period. after we waited for a good while she finally brings our food out with one large sweet tea, which is what we asked for, but it had no ice in it and my husband said it has no ice. She goes well I don’t know what to tell you, unless you didn’t ask for ice, my husband says no we wanted ice. The drinks normally come with ice. She caught an attitude with my husband and said I don’t know why you’re catching an attitude with me. I didn’t even make your drinks. He told her I’m not catching an attitude with you. I just wanna know why I don’t have ice in a hot tea so she takes her little happy self back and grabs a couple of ice and brings it back. I mean, come on the job is not that hard. I’ve worked in fast food my entire life. I mean God they can’t even put straws and napkins in the bags. Whoever is running McDonald’s in Tabor City literally needs to clear the whole store out and hire new people.
