  Just waited for about 10 minutes for an employee to be ready to take my order at 11pm (April 8th). I asked them if they had any chili and was told no. As I looped around, I found that the drive thru employee was over by the dumpster vaping. Wasted 10 minutes of my day.

  I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes and they had only taken two cars orders the whole time, it would be understandable if they were busy but there were no cars in the parking lot and 5 left in the drive thru

  I DoorDash in Sylva, and unfortunately, this location has caused issues every single time I stop to pick up an order. Tonight, I sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, despite there being no other cars in the parking lot. I eventually had to pull around to the window, where I still couldn’t get anyone’s attention. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I had to call the store just to get someone to acknowledge my presence. Once I finally got through, they told me they didn't even have my DoorDash order, despite me having already been there for a long time. This isn't the first time this has happened; I've consistently had bad experiences with slow service, miscommunication, and a lack of accountability. It’s clear that the staff just doesn’t prioritize DoorDash orders, and it’s causing delays that affect my ability to earn money. There were three people working in the store and no one in the parking lot, so the “short-staffed” excuse doesn’t fly here. It’s frustrating to keep going back hoping it will be better, but it never is. I strongly suggest others avoid this location if you’re relying on timely service for DoorDash.
