  To Whom It May Concern, I recently had a very frustrating experience at your Bojangles location. I ordered a sweet Cream Iced Coffee with my meal and was asked to pull forward after being handed the drink. When I tried it, it was extremely bitter and not sweet at all — nothing like what I ordered. I went back inside and politely asked if I could get a side of syrup or if there was anything they could do to fix it. Instead of offering a simple solution, I was told they “couldn’t do anything about it,” and the interaction felt dismissive and rude. Since I did not want to waste a drink I didn’t enjoy, I returned with the coffee to request a refund. I was then told they could not issue a refund because there was no manager of high enough status available. No solution was offered, and no effort was made to make the situation right. This was a very small and easily solvable issue. Refusing to offer either a fix or a refund reflects poorly on customer service and basic business standards. I expect better communication and accountability when something is made incorrectly. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed.

  Drive through was completely disorganized, asked to pull forward, then was never brought food. Very nice cashier inside helped greatly to fix it!

  I've been to this Bojangles multiple times since they've implemented the AI voice and every single time it gets my drink order of sweet tea as unsweet. I have even double checked to make sure I inform the employees and yet I still receive unsweet tea.

  Okay so the issue is that I’ve never actually had bad food from any Bojangles besides this one. I’ve been reluctant to post a review but the Sylva location just isn’t good anymore. Replacing ordering with AI and getting to the window just for half of what I ordered to be wrong or I’m informed they cannot make my rice bowl. I went with the breakfast bowl option instead since I’m already at the window. Needless to say it was an absolute fail. I’ll post a picture of the breakfast bowl below but as for how full the rice bowls usually come to getting shafted over a breakfast bowl it’s just actually ridiculous. Ordered a side of brown gravy through AI and got white gravy, no biscuit included, fries were given to me almost ice cold. Someone needs to show these employees how to do some things clearly as I’m missing almost half my food and they “can’t do anything about that”. Rant over but again this is the only bojangles in the nearest 50 miles that I’ve consistently had a problem with.

  This has got to be a "Bill Frizzell location" because I was treated amazing by the staff. Seems like these western north carolina locations hold their employees to a higher standard where i cannot say the same for other fast food establishments not named Bojangles. Seriously, go get some food here and youll see that you will get the same level of kind, southern service and hot food in a quick time frame!!! Woman working the window and gentleman in the kitchen were both very sweet and kind. The Canton NC store also deserves a shout out as they always offer the same love to their customers. 5 stars, only because I cant give 6!
