- MHMelanie HardisonDec 23, 20251.0On December 23rd went in with family to eat. Wanted a little thing of ranch to eat with fries and manager said she would charge me $1.29. Manager was very hateful. They got my husband's drink wrong so went up there to get him right one, and accidentally spilt it coming back to seat. Since I spilled the drink and they charge $1.29 for ranch sauce, I offered to pay for spilled drink that was never cleaned up and manager was ugly about that. I was just asking for ranch packet. There was a man that came in through drive thru and got 2 or 3 packs of ranch sauce that wasn't charged at all. We will never go back to this McDonald's, and will continue to go to Cape Carteret McDonald's because it's the best! Bad customer service at this one! They don't deserve any star.
