  The lady int there working Def deserves a raise cause she wa the only one to show today for work and was trying to do it all on her own I was in there over 25 waiting but she got it done 👍 It just sad she had to do it by herself

  4 cars drove through the drive thru without even having their order taken, me included. I was in the line for over 20 minutes and nobody even had their order taken… this is ridiculous and this place needs to have a serious management / staff change because this isn’t just the first time I’ve had problems here.

  Got 2 chicken strip baskets and 2 blizzards. Mobile order, took 20 minutes to give me untoasted bread and fries that would have been crispier if they were microwaved IN a bowl of water. the chicken and the blizzards were fine. Girl behind the counter literally could not care less about anything especially the line/lobby. Lobby was dirty (just to add on) with a plug in heater and a propane heater. Just generally bad.

  Burnt hotdog, mostly cooked shrimp. Ordered bacon double cheeseburger, got single patty no bacon. Only 2 other customers in store, husband went up to request correction, employee walked past 5-6 times completely ignoring him standing at counter with food in his hand. Finally got other employees attention. Got the whole...were short staffed, she's in training spiel. Then was told rather rudely" i need you to go sit down, I'll fix it in a minute, I don't need you standing at the counter waiting: manager seems more intent on schooling the customers about what they can and can't substitute than actually training the new employee. Dont waste your time. While writing this, we're still waiting for corrected order. Ridiculous @

  If I could I'd give no star the employees were so incompetent would not give me my tender that was missing in box but no surprise they didnt count correctly. Would not answer phone to even ask about what they could do so had to drive all the way back for nothing. Also sweet tea was not sweet like I ordered and had to wait for employee to make it when should of been ready they were not busy. Save your money for something better they will waste your time with excuses
