  Went through the drive through to get a blizzard and got told to wait on a parking spot but before I got it it seemed a bit Pricey, i saw the receipt and it looks like they tipped themselves $10. I just gave them my card at the window and they didn’t ask.I didn’t say anything because they didn’t want them to spit in my food.

  This is the third time I’ve been over to this store in a row and I’ve consistently have had my order messed up. I understand that people need to train, and people need to get experience but I can’t comprehend why for 3 times in a row I’ve had my food messed up. It’s sloppy, it’s not made correctly and I repeatedly was asked what did I order even when they were not busy! I do not intend on ever coming back here and I am thoroughly disappointed.

  They were cussing a screaming an we ask them to bring our ice cream with our food but they brought our ice first an it was melted by the time we got our food. It took forever. Very unprofessional.

  Dairy Queen is a rip off. They don’t fully mix the ingredients in their blizzards down to the bottom. If I am paying full price I expect to have my blizzards fully mixed and to have the right amount of ingredients. I am not happy and this has happened MULTIPLE times. It’s also always sticky in there and gross and the workers don’t get to you until 10 minutes later.

  Just ordered two large dipped cones and a large fry. The ice cream and chocolate coating tastes rancid, like they just keep adding product without ever discarding or cleaning out the containers and machines. I tried to call but the phone just rings Ava tells me no voicemail has been set up. Straight to the trash and waste of money. The fries also aren’t crispy. They need to be cooked longer. It’s sad that I live close to this DQ, but will travel to the one in Morehead from now on. They know how things should be done there.
