Not sure if there are new people or what but I'm still trying to figure out if the croissant I ordered is something I should eat or not. Don't know if I will order anything other than coffee after today. When you don't even melt my cheese it screams "I do not care about the customers or my job." And today the hot coffee I ordered was barely Luke warm. I might just switch to Starbucks. Don't know what is going on here.

Watched my food sit there for 10 minutes before someone finally brought it to the pickup counter. Now the food is barely warm. It’s funny to me how these fast food restaurants rely on young people to run them without proper leadership. They don’t care though because tourists will come no matter what.

I wanted one this afternoon and didn’t feel like driving to Hampstead (which is the one I usually go to) and ordered a shaken expresso. Same thing I always get so I know how it’s suppose to look and taste. The first one is the one they give me. Literally looks and taste like a latte. I went back inside to have it remade, which is the second one in the pic. It’s obvious how different they are. Still wasn’t that great but definitely a lot better. I’m just going to have to face the fact that I cannot go to this location because it’s that terrible.
