  I placed a mobile order on my way to work. Stopped to grab my coffee and it was disgusting. I returned a few hours later, after work with my full coffee in hand and asked just for my coffee to be replaced. They then rang me up and charged me for a new coffee. I’m sorry, but that’s BS.

  im honestly really disappointed with how me and my friend were treated when coming here, we went through the drive thru and immediately was greeted with hostility. Just got here and youre already mad?? weird.. anyways, my friend was saying her order and mid way through we just hear, "can you stop talking? I dont understand anything you're saying" okay cool understandable but you could have been a little nicer. so she repeated her order and again, "what are you saying to me?" at this point me and my friend are kinda like...how more clearer can we be and we are basically baby talking her to get our drink..keep in mind all we got was a ice latte with French vanilla, Carmel, and cold foam..how is that difficult at all. ANYHOO, we get to the window and was greeted with dirty looks from like three of the people that were there, this one girl walks by the window and gives the nastiest side eye ever? sorry queen, didnt mean to bother you with our existence. they also barely filled our drinks with coffee so it was mainly just ice which was lowkirkenly annoying but whatevaaa I guess!! go off sis get that minimum wage!! don't even get started on the taste LMAO like I didnt think it was possible to mess up THAT bad on making a coffee honestly, that takes a lot of skill!! the workers here are very talented if you couldnt tell. how does one coffee taste like pure water and the other one just taste like black coffee, at least make your work consistent. like genuinely HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?? im not sure whats up with the workers here but its genuinely crazy because this isnt even the first Instance this type of thing has happened ??? like why?? do you people just not have a good time at work?? are you not happy in life?? I mean I would be too if I worked in a place like that..yikes..

  I’m actually so annoyed after going to Dunkin’ Donuts. Me and my friend went through the drive-thru and right away the attitude was crazy. Like we JUST pulled up, why are you already mad?? I started ordering and got cut off with ‘can you stop talking? I don’t understand anything you’re saying.’ Okay…?? that was so unnecessary. So I repeat myself, and she goes ‘what are you saying to me?’ again like hello?? it was literally just an iced latte with French vanilla, caramel, and cold foam. Not hard at all. Then we get to the window and it’s just straight dirty looks from multiple people. One girl literally walked by and gave the nastiest side eye for no reason like girl what 😭 And the drinks?? actually horrible. Barely any coffee, mostly ice, and they didn’t even taste right. One tasted like straight water and the other tasted like black coffee. Like how do you mess it up THAT bad 😭 This isn’t even the first time this place has been like this either. The attitude is always off and the drinks are never right. I would not recommend at all.

  The customer service at the Dunkin donuts in Surf City is exceptional over and beyond. For someone who's been in that industry for over 50 years I am so pleased to see young people with such, patience and understanding, always a smile and friendly greeting from no matter who's working. Superb Job!!!

  Terrible “coffee”. Ordered hot coffee with cream, received hot water with maybe some 1% milk in it. Just no flavor at all. Very disappointing.
