  The manager gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me when I questioned why she was making us go around to the order window a third time when THEY were the ones that screwed up the order.

  We eat at this McDonalds a few times per year. Each time the service and food have gotten worse. Yesterday around 6 or 6:30 pm we ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe and 3 McChicken sandwiches. The two of us who at the McChickens have felt stomach pain and nausea since last night and my daughter who ate the chicken sandwich deluxe stated that the texture of her sandwich was off and she has actually had food poisoning since last night. We won't be back for a long time.

  This McDonald’s notoriously sucks, but I was trying to give it another chance last night- despite having gotten food poisoning from a mcchicken a year ago, and despite them continuously giving me the wrong order. My friend and I went to McDonald’s at 10 pm, and there was a line in the drive thru. We ordered 2 ten count chicken McNuggets and 2 medium fries. Well, the line was moving egregiously slow. I don’t know what they were doing in there because it couldn’t have been making food considering that they had every car pulling up to a number to wait on their food. We sat and waited for 30 minutes for our small food order. When they finally got the bag to us, I checked it, saw that we had everything *except our sauce*, and thought it was okay. We drove the whole way home, opened our bag, and I noticed that one of our chicken nugget containers was feeling light. So naturally, I open it, and you can imagine my surprise when I realize not only did we have to wait half an hour for two McNuggets, they were freaking munching on our food in the back. In this nugget container, there were a grand total of two nuggets, 3 fries, and one empty sauce container. They gave us straight up trash. We were going to come back and ask for a refund, but not at the cost of our sleep and sanity because surely we would’ve sat in there for half an hour waiting for more nuggets. Yall need to get it together

  I’m a door dasher and was there to pick up an order and the lady working at 9:00pm on Sunday 3/8/26 was throwing sause packets and really rude, the while lobby was full of people trying to get there order she would call out an order and ignore everyone trying to order like they weren’t there she is a disgusting servant! I’m sure it is not the others fault but she is the worst person I have ever seen at a McDonalds!

  I ordered off of the McDonald’s mobile app. When I went to pick up my food. The second window employee told us to come inside. When we went inside we waited for 20 minutes and then asked when we would get our food. The employee told us that we ordered 36 cheeseburger meals when we ordered three and accused us of trying to rip them off by showing them a screenshot. She got her manager to come out and look at it. When she looked at it she stated that it has not come through on her end and would not give us our food. She took my phone to the back without asking she found our order that was sitting on the counter the whole time. My brother asked for my phone back and the manager said yeah yeah sure. A lady that was standing next to us called out the manager for her unprofessional behavior towards 2 teenagers trying to get their food. The manager starts yelling at the lady that she needs to mind her own business. When we get back to the house half of our food is missing and 1 drink is missing. Our dad called them to ask about our missing items, when the manager realized it was us she started yelling at us over the phone and hung up on us.
