Nov,17 6:36 seems like every mc donald in the country are doing the same thing they are pre making whatever sandwich so when the customer orders they already been sitting there for a while all crispy and burned they are not making your order as you order it so thums down whats gonna happen is people are gonna start looking elseware for their fast food.

So I stopped to get breakfast and a coffee this morning and I decided to order on the app and I noticed I could order light ice in my coffee which was awesome because I always hate you legitimately get a cup of 2/3 ice and 1/3 coffee. Truly it’s ridiculous to begin with but I always just assumed it was the way they were trained or something. Well today I got handed a coffee that was only 2/3 the way full of anything and was told that’s because I ordered light ice… btw I ordered a large… the fact that they are putting enough ice in it that this is what happens when they take half the ice out just shows how much coffee you really are getting. Beyond that fact I just want to say that everything else was fine, food was fine, the employees at the windows were as nice as they could be and I want to make it clear that The employee that was making my coffee is honestly not at fault, I watched him turn around looking for guidance on how to fill the cup the rest of the way and that’s when I heard what I can only assume is the manager telling him that since I ordered light ice, it will not fill the cup up all the way “it’s just what they get”…. Beyond the horrible attitude she gave the employee for attempting to ask an honest question the fact that she was already talking about it like she was annoyed that I ordered light ice is not only very hostile towards customers but also setting a terrible example for the employees looking to her for guidance Honestly I have a really strange feeling that McDonald’s corporate would not want their customers being served a cup filled 1/3 the way with air. It’s sickening that the large iced coffee being filled more than half way relies on the ice they put in the cup. Normally, I would have argued this fact at the store, but honestly, I didn’t want to put the employees that we’re doing their job well with good customer service skills under any stress or give that manager another reason to teach them the wrong way to handle customers. Mcdonald's, I officially believe you guys are nothing but scam artists.I ordered a sausage and cheese mcgriddle.Your employees decide to say sausage.Egg and cheese mcgriddle remove the folded egg which was perfect.I was fine with that.Then, they proceeded to put up a sausage mcgriddle, which was three twenty nine add cheese, which was another ninety nine cents.All in all you guys were trying to rob me of a total of about thirty cents because I ordered two.Now you do this over all your locations.Internationally.I wonder how much you people are actually ripping us off

Good Lord. Totally hit or miss, you could get out in 3 minutes with a decent meal or spend 30 minutes waiting and your food be terrible. Probably like most McDonalds.
