  As others have commented about the guy with the Blond hair, not sure if he's the manager or not. But I know people can have bad customer service skills but to have none is honestly kinda impressive. So the food was fine but service was terrible.

  I go to this Subway often and the gentleman with the blond hair is never friendly or welcoming. I am not sure if he is the Manger or the franchise owner, but he needs to find a different career field than customer service. All the other employees are nice and helpful, but that guy always acts like you are a bother and he does not want you there. Today, I went in and he was slicing meat, did not acknowledge me and I even said hi, no response from him. He would not help the other employee with the sandwiches and actually had 2 customers walkout due to the delay. Food is good, but don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer while there.

  Stood there 5 minutes in front of 2 ladies who never even acknowledged me. One was working on probably an online order and the other worrying about if she should do a cash drop. No one else in line. I left.

  I am very unhappy with how services have been lately. I ended up getting a sweet onion teriyaki chicken tonight and it was so covered in the teriyaki sauce to the point it was extremely salty and unable to eat. I had to call the store 5 times before someone would even answer. I then was told by Savannah that I was not allowed to get a new sub and It would be better to call the manager the next morning and to go online to subway to leave a complaint. I use to be a manager of a subway and I am very unhappy and probably will not be back anytime soon.
