  Took 15 min to get my food, and then they forgot my drink and when I was waiting at the counter to ask for my drink it took them 5 min to even notice I was there and were extremely rude when I asked to get my cup

  Had to ask to remake an order twice due to a dietary restriction and the worker taking the orders felt the need to loudly talk crap about us saying we just want free food, no we just don’t want to get sick on a road trip. Place wasn’t busy and we were polite, it’s not even like she was making the food so why was she so offended. Terrible service and person taking the drive though orders at 10:30pm this Tuesday night seriously has personality issues

  After asking for a few seconds to review the menu I had to wait unnecessarily long to get helped. No one took the order. I had to pull up to the window just to be told to pull back around instead of him just taking my order there. I asked if they could just take order at the window but of course that was just too complicated of a task.

  Waited 15 mins for our order. When asked about how much longer it would be the manager on duty said don’t worry about , that her drive thru comes first.

  Came inside the restaurant to order food waited the counter 10 minutes and no one came and took my order and I was planning on ordering a lot but since no one came to help me I just left I have nothing but problems out of this Taco Bell over the years it's such a shame because I love their food guess I'll be driving to kernersville to the new Del Taco since Taco Bell can't get their shit together they lost a loyal customer
