He get on the phone and say “ And what’s the problem” I said they problem is my pizza is cold. Mind you I wanted 40 mins for the pizza. He tells me he can give me 25 % back on my order or I can keep the cold pizza and wait another 40 minutes for them to bring me a HOT pizza and give the driver the cold pizza back. Bad attitude for a manager and I will be in the speak to Zachary if that’s actually the General Manager!
