I asked if I could just grab my stuff I could see it and they wouldn’t let me. if you don’t have enough help, don’t do pick up orders. Order was for 5-6 I finally got it at 7. It ended up being about an 1 and 30 minutes I waited and when I wanted to cancel the little boy said I couldn’t. It was 9 items!
