The food was hot and made correctly; not only that they made sure i had my ranch in the bag! I went around 1:30pm and i will definitely be returning to this location!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap, and both items were unacceptable. When I bit into the chicken sandwich, it felt like biting into a large piece of gristle or something that was not properly prepared. The texture was extremely tough and unpleasant. The chicken wrap was also undercooked and completely cold when I received it, which made the entire meal very concerning. Food—especially chicken—should always be properly cooked and served hot. The quality of what I received did not meet basic food safety or customer service expectations. I ended up not being able to eat most of the meal. I would appreciate someone looking into this issue and making sure food quality is improved so this doesn’t happen to other customers
