    Spicy chicken was so nasty greasy and did taste like chicken. It was so dark with grease could not eat it. Wasted money never again

    Never get the size you order so why even upgrade the size. Then on top of that you don’t get all your items you pay for. This has happened more times than I have fingers and toes. When you confront them about it they make it seem like you are in the wrong for paying for your items and not receiving them. Management needs to step in and make sure there’s consistency and not just consistency in missing items or paying for a medium or large and getting a small. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for 15 years and managed the kitchen for 10. This is just laziness and no pride in their job

    Not gonna lie, my expectations weren’t very high. What can you expect from a local fast food restaurant, right? Well, today, Wendy’s was on point. I came in to grab lunch with my son. Ordered a kids meal and a biggie meal. Food quality was good and food came out quick. My son loved the current DC comics toy. He got Batman and the staff let him choose. The first table we sat at is definitely messed up. They might need to tighten the table to the base. There was a team member wiping tables. We finished our food and left but I decided to come back to grab my other son some more kids toys. We went through the drive thru and the GM was super nice and accommodating and helped us out. Well done Wendy’s. If you keep it up, you’ll keep me as a loyal guest.

    I ordered on the Wendy's app and picked the drive thru window for pickup the window was busy so went inside at first no one was available, when someone was available they told me that must order first and when I said I had ordered online he couldn't find my order then another guy found it. This entire ordeal took 40 minutes needless to say I won't be back.
