  With all the negative reviews I'm kinda scared to go there. Don't think I will visit this place till gets better reviews!!! I'm sure I'm not the only one. Y'all need some serious management and training!!!! Sorry TB !!!!

  I ordered and had to pay cash. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food. There were people that came in after me that ordered that got their food before me. Luckily I got a long lunch break so I didn't make a big deal out of waiting 20 minutes. But when I bit into my chicken quesadilla I couldn't even finish probably 60 or 70% of it because it was so nasty. Then let me tell you I also ordered some cinnamon twists and I am not lying when I say that there were probably 7 cinnamon twists in the pack. If even that all. All this place did was take my money and give me a big pile of crap in return. The food is absolute garbage. But to be fair I came here a couple weeks back and it was a lot better. But today is a complete waste of money and this is the last time I'm giving it to Taco bell. I can't keep doing this spending $13 a meal only to get garbage tasted food in return. I would not want to risk wasting your money coming here. The staff did seem nice though so I tried to rate the atmosphere higher

  Spent $47.99 at the drive-thru ordering for five people, got home, and realized part of the order was missing. Tried calling the store, but the phone number doesn’t even work. At that price, we could’ve gone to the Japanese restaurant across the street and had a better experience for less. It’s frustrating to pay this much for fast food and still not get a complete, accurate order. On top of that the drinks sizes are smaller they used to be large with the combo meals.

  This is our second Door Dash order at this location and these are my thoughts: Pros: -The soda was on point, gassy and crisp! - The quesadillas were warm and delicious - They sent the sauces we requested Cons: -We did not receive our nacho fries just the cheese sauce -There were no straws or napkins in the bag -The beans on the nachos were a dried up nasty ball that had a funky smell. The beans were not fresh at all. Hoping things improve as this location is convenient for us.

  This place should train their staff on how to refund a order that THEY rang up incorrectly instead of having them lie to customers. I ordered one rolled cantina chicken quesadilla in the drive-thru (no drink, no meal, no extras) my order did not show on the order screen and the worker said pull around for the total. Got the total at the window and it sounded high but I paid anyway. On my receipt I was charged for a Cantina chicken bowl. I made her aware it wasn't what I ordered and she said they were fixing it but told me the items were the same price. Almost $9 is not the same as $6 and some change. I know it's only a couple bucks but being lied to is unnecessary. Will not go back.
