  Needs new management. Been here 3 times. All three times the workers look strung out. They are out of things and appears to just be lazy and don’t want to refill things. It’s always something. This time they were out of pickles and olives. The lettace looked old and then our servers down so we ain’t taking coupons

  We get subway at least once a week and lately this particular subway has gotten horrible!! I always order online and use my "favorites" so we know we get the exact same thing each time...yesterday we got it once again same thing...I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up...well they hadn't even started on our order and when they did they proceeded to put a different sauce than what my husband prefers on his...the lady was snotty and said thats how it came in...no mam...she was wrong....I know what my husband likes and we get the same thing everytime...he gets the subs home and I started eating mine and it had a funny smell from the chicken or the ranch....I didnt even get half down...hubby never even touched his...he told me the 2 ladies in there wouldn't even say hello much less make sure when he corrected them on the sauce they ignored him....we will never ever go to the particular Subway again...whoever owns it needs to go in there and check everything...temperatures and all because my half...something tasted off....we will never go there again

  Me and my husband mark come here for one reason and that’s how friendly one of the workers are he a tall guy and always wears his bandanna he’s the sweetest nicest employee out of all the statesville subways hes worked alone on multiple times when we’ve been there and even when busy he’s remained a sweetheart I thought he was the manager but he told me he was a employee subway well done on this worker well done

  There was only one girl in the store that was actually kind and respectful. I don't know her name but she's the only one who looked put together and respectful to any type of customer going into the store. There was a guy who was standing in the back who seemed to be making fun of other customers in the store.. I'm not sure who these people are and I'm sure they are fun people in general, but when you're at work it's important to be kind to all customers who walk in there. Despite of their looks, their attitudes and their faces. Sometimes people are annoying, sure. That doesn't give an excuse to talk hatefully about people/get annoyed just because they are ordering food. It's how you stay in business, by being kind, respectful, and quick. I hope this place finds better workers :/ .
