  We eat at Panera routinely and really enjoy it. This was our first visit to this location and unfortunately it was not impressive. These were the worst salads we've ever had at a Panera. The lettuces were not fresh, which is pretty important. Looking at other reviews of this location, salad quality appears to be an issue, so order accordingly. The rest of our food was fine and came out quickly.

  I ordered a tomato soup bowl with bread on the side and a whole baguette. Waited in line for what seemed to be 20 minutes and they didn't even ring up or give me my baguette. And after waiting 20 minutes, I didn't want to wait any longer to get it. I wanted a whole baguette and I get a PIECE OF BREAD??? Sad day

  Placed an order for scones and they were ready when I arrived. I went in to look at other bakery items. Three scones were in the case however the lady waiting on me had made my order for the 5 I picked up and gave me a lecture on how she had to use everything they had in stock to make my order and could only make 3 extra. I just moved to this area and in the past I had ordered from both Boone, NC and Hickory, NC and never had any problems. This is unacceptable and back then I could order a variety of flavors ( multiple berries). This totally ruined my impression of all the Panera’s in this area!
