  I ordered the family meal of ribs and got a big carton of loaded mashed potatoes and also a bloomin onion. I ordered pick-up. As soon as I pulled up the young lady was at my car with all my food. Everything was delicious and worth the price. This was also on Easter Sunday and the food was warm and the order was quick. Definitely plan on doing this again

  Ordered my food as I wanted it. Received the food and it was not correct. Waited for the manager to see what could be done. The manager did not approach me to correct the problem. I paid for the meal that was incorrect and went to eat elsewhere. I will not be back.

  Steak was cooked just as i ordered it. Medium Rare. Did not take any sides so my server offered them to everyone in our party (good move). Service was excellent. Very friendly and knew everything. Great place for a good meal!!!

  This is our second time in 2 weeks that we have had a bad experience. Both times the steaks were wrong. The first time, my husband had a raw steak when he asked for it medium. The cut was also horrible. He had a big piece of grissle through the whole steak which took up half of the sirloin. Mine also had a huge piece running through it as well which takes from the ounces. The salad had the weirdest piece of "Grey matter" in it. It almost looked like guacamole but was grey. I was so disgusted by it and the fact that I had been eating it, I couldn't enjoy my meal. I have no clue what I had just ate. Both visits we had no refills and glasses being left with just ice. Service has been super mediocre lately. I asked for my military discount to be added to the check and they look at my ID and never add it. I think we are done. We are usually every week customers and I think we will make the drive to Hickory and visit other steak houses.

  Been here a few times and left with mixed results. I have gotten steaks here that we're really good and have also gotten some that just plain sucked. A lot of people go there and you sometimes have to wait to get in mainly Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon. For the price one pays the food should be consistent and good all the time, unfortunately this particular restaurant is not one of them.
