  Chicken was EXTRA crispy, all I could taste was the oil and burnt chicken.

  The worst service I ever experienced. Nobody taking orders inside and finally when my order was taken i waited 10min, I could see my meal just sitting in the back not being worked. In fact, I witnessed people standing around chatting without a care in the world. After waiting patiently for 10min, i had enough and asked for a refund. They quickly went to the back to get me my order and I said forget it, got my refund, told them I was keeping the drink and left. If that's the way they treat food while people are present, who knows what they're doing when you're not looking and I'm not risking getting sick. Whew! I can see why there's a low review....

  The person who was handing drinks and food on Sunday evening is absolutely disgusting! I saw his nose bleeding and he would still be handling food. If this is the reputation that this McDonald's is trying to uphold, then I'm not coming back! That was a literal health code violation, this McDonalds needs to do something about this employee immediately.

  Update - McDonald's look further into it yourself I'm not wasting my time with you. Fries and chicken nuggets were almost inedible. Is the goal to cook everything at lunchtime and keep it around til dinner? Another yucky part of visiting midday was the floors being Completely Wet! I could barely stand up without bracing my foot on the wall. Burgers and chicken sandwich and coke were good. Interior felt like a weird nightmare - I couldn't figure out my order because the display sign kept changing. I don't want a picture of your new product, I want a list of the food you sell and your prices. You confuse people! Poor workers who have to be here all day in the standing water and awful lighting.

  We went through drive through on Saturday night and the person that took our order was very rude he wouldn't give us time to complete the order and I order the big arch I don't know if they didn't want to cook it or what but he was rude and said we don't have anymore quarter pounders choose something else we ask what was available and he started naming stuff rudely. I'm use to coming to that McDonald's and being greeted with smiling faces if he doesn't want to work third shift or work at all he needs to let a smiling face take his place. And he still did not get our order right the big mac that I ordered was cold and the bread was soggy I'm sorry but I don't know his name I just know him by being a rude person and I don't think he no longer needs to work at McDonald's.
