  Cold food and cold people. They treat you like they’re offended you wanted to order food and the food is half-cooked or thrown into the bag half wrapped. Every. Single. Time. Don't waste your time here. Just go to the one on east broad much better service.

  Terrible service at this location, me and my husband normally come here daily but after the service from the night shift slowly becoming worse it makes the drive not worth it. The past two times we have come to this location our food has just been thrown together and my quesadilla peeled apart when I opened it and same with my taco. The customer service at the window is terrible, he told us the total we gave him cash he then proceeded to tell us to drive around and park before giving our change and drinks to us. Once he brought our things we didn’t even get the chance to ask for any sauces because he barely talked to us then rushed away, and there was only one car behind us. I won’t be coming to this location any longer. For $60 plus dollars each time we come I expect better service.

  This location is consistently slow. Food arrives cold, and to-go / mobile orders are seldom right. Take the drive and go to the one across town if you really want Taco Bell.

  Used the mobile app...App cool... Delivery Driver cool..food SUCKED!!! Ordered Chalupas and beef burrito. Hardly any meat... mostly cheese and lettuce!. Wasted money... Should have bout a 30$ lottery ticket instead. New restaurant....yeah ok
