She was professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude — she made sure my order was just the way I wanted it, with care and a smile. It’s refreshing to see young Black employees showing up, standing out, and setting an example of excellence and pride. She deserves her flowers for real!

The customer service is always bad, the employees seem like they despise their jobs and they are ALWAYS out of most of their items. I have giving them several chances and there has been no improvements. I recommend that if you must have Subway that you seek out another Statesville location. Can't give a full review on food as once again they were out of most items needed to construct my sandwich.
