- CZCarrie ZobitneNov 30, 20251.0I love subway! Normally I love the subs. But on this particular day I wasn't happy. Inside was a mess. The food behind the counter was like a tornado hit it. No wrapping on the meats or cheeses. Nothing looked fresh. It looked kinda like it was sitting under heat lamps. Still I ordered a roast beef sub with pepper Jack cheese, olives, pickles and mayo. It looked good while she was making it but when I got it home less than a mile away I opened it up and the smell was offputting. Maybe the roast beef was bad? I tasted it but within an hour I was making friends with the tidy bowl man. When I felt well enough to drive I went back to subway with the sub to get my money back and they said they couldn't take it back or give me my money back due to company policies. I will not be going back to that subway again. Plus I wasn't even greeted when I walked in. They looked at me like I disturbed their conversation.
