Third time I call, an older man answers the phone and says I need to order online because the line i called (which was the same as all the other times I called) was for complaints only and I try to explain and HE HANGS UP AGAIN! Fourth time my husband calls and we get the same girl as before trying to put us on hold, we tell her no do not put us on hold and she did anyways. Will NEVER order from this place again. If this is what they call customer service then they might as well shut the place down now! Horrible
