Three scones were in the case however the lady waiting on me had made my order for the 5 I picked up and gave me a lecture on how she had to use everything they had in stock to make my order and could only make 3 extra. I just moved to this area and in the past I had ordered from both Boone, NC and Hickory, NC and never had any problems. This is unacceptable and back then I could order a variety of flavors ( multiple berries). This totally ruined my impression of all the Panera’s in this area!
