    Says they close at nine so I drove out door said nine and website said nine everything was locked. I called and they said they close at 8:50?? Website and door should match when they actually close. Just wanted to grab a drink quick.

    My daughter and I placed a DoorDash order from Panera. She ordered soup and salad, and I ordered soup and a half sandwich. When our order arrived neither of the soups were in the bag. They forgot to send us half of our meal. The receipt that was taped to the bag had everything listed, but obviously someone didn’t bother checking the order before handing it to the DoorDash driver. How difficult is it to make sure everything is in the bag? Do better.
