Red dread head girl was extremely rude. Didn’t acknowledge us at all was huffing and puffing, ripping receipts out of the printer and was straight ignoring us. so we walked out. Not going back.

Hadn't eaten at a JJ in years. Stopped by this one to order to 6" or small subs. We both ordered same thing so though t we'll just get a large and cut it in half. Employee taking order heard us so knew what we wanted. He asked do we want a giant. We just assumed it was a 12". Cost us $20. He gave us 2 sandwiches , we told him just wanted one of those. One was large enough for us to spit. He said no, that's the size of the giant. Wow, I get up sell but that was completely overkill. I wven mentioned that was way to much, but he didn't say a word. We loved the sandwich but won't return to this location. Git our money that one time but not again.
