Ordered an iced chai latte and cream filled donut. And waited. And waited. And waited. The person who placed their order at the register after me got their food and drinks and left. I continued to wait and debated leaving as I wanted to get back on the road. One employee finally came over, asked my name and pulled a receipt to get my order. Another picked up a donut that was pulled and gave me my latte the donut was wrong, when I shared that’s not what I ordered, she replied, “that’s in your receipt”, by this time I was so tired of waiting I didn’t even want to give them two seconds to switch it. I grabbed my latte and left only 5 minutes down the road I took a drink to realize this was not my latte either. So gross. I wasted 20 minutes and left with the wrong order. Spent $14 for something I can’t even drink. What a waste.
