  Absolutely terrible! It’s bad enough I have to repeat my order to the robot multiple times, but when I repeated it to an employee and manager on duty my order was still not right. The attitude that came from the manager was ridiculous, laughing in a customers face at your fault is not how you run a restaurant. I work in the food industry so I understand that things can be confused and mixed up but after having to redo my order three times and it was still not right I mean are we joking? Also not to mention inside the store was filthy, the floor hadn’t been swept there was tea all over the counter, unwiped tables, did not see anyone wearing gloves while handling food and I could keep going. The food was terrible as well this has got to be one of the worst locations. I left here with my order still wrong and pissed off!! 2/11/26 @7:24 to 7:56

  I stopped in at this Bojangles yesterday while traveling back home from Gatlinburg TN. We used the drive through that is controlled by AI and it was surprisingly the most pleasant part of the experience. We got to the window and was “not greeted” by Ashley… she barely spoke to us at all and had the worst attitude ever. When asking for condiments she half rolled her eyes, sighed and closed the window fast, stopping it from slamming just at the last second. We didn’t check the bag until we were a few miles down the highway. We ended up being short one side? My side was wrong, my wife’s drink was wrong. My son’s kids meal was wrong and they did not give any spoons for the mac and cheese we actually got. We stopped in around 8 PM and the store was not busy. Very bad experience!!
