  Was at the west side of town and stopped at Arby’s on Taylorsville Rd for a meal.. the receipt shows the exact location… Ordered a meal as shown, one being the large hamburger.. service was great and the wait time was as expected to cook a meal as ordered… When arrived at my place to enjoy the meal, I took a bite of the burger and the inside of burger was completely UNCOOKED … this was sad, and I started to rip the outer edge to see more… I called twice to place a reorder so to be ready when I get there with a replacement order but no one would answer the phone .. here are the photos as I discarded the $13 meal… yes the order was complete and service at window was excellent But we must ……. COOK the FOOD CORRECTLY ..!!! Yes, … someone needs more training and use of temp probe to check when meat is cooked and done. Follow-up: Someone from the office sent me a reply requesting information to contact me for my personal information. I appreciate they took the time to read my review and my unsatisfactory results of food order…
