  As you can see from the three stars that they have on Google this location is not the best. Every time you go in here it’s always something that they do not have. One day I go in there there’s no steak one day I go in there there’s no fajita. They close at 11 o’clock, but best believe atftrr 9 o’clock you’re not gonna get anything that’s good or fresh. Please do not waste your time on an online order after 9 PM. . They close at 11 o’clock, but best believe after 9 o’clock. you’re not gonna get anything that’s good or fresh please do not waste your time! If it’s an online order after 9 PM…please stop because I guarantee you it is not gonna be what you want and you’re gonna be missing a lot of items.

  The first time I visited was great. It was later in the day, and the staff were very friendly- the food was great. Eating outside is the better option because the music is painfully loud inside. I came back the next day to get a kid's quesadilla meal with steak on the side. The manager woman was quite rude to the staff in front of customers, and then faux nice to the customers. She handed my tray off to the employee beside her, and I asked for extra steak. When the employee was getting it for me, she interjected "that's enough steak" and he immediately carried on without adding steak. Firstly, I know it is a kid's meal- but the amount of steak she gave was ridiculous. I will pay for extra steak if giving me half a scoop more really hurts Chipotle's bottom dollar (it doesn't). All of the staff seemed very uncomfortable around this manager, and I also disliked being in her presence. She can smile to customers all she wants- I have worked with managers just like her and it is always miserable.

  I do not like the fact that when trying to call the store location that the # directs you to a AI person and doesnt connect you to an actual real person to speak to about a order I placed with door dash. Also I dont think that not having the option to add special instructions for a order like adding (extra lettuce) to my food is not available. I tried to call the store before my dasher picked my order up and my time was wasted by having to speak to a AI on the other end which didnt help me with anything. I asked to speak to a team member or manager and the AI said it needed more information. How hard is it to just let me speak to a real person. So by the time I get the phone to actually ring to the store no one even answered 🤷‍♀️ so trying to modify my order before my dasher picked it up wasnt a option. I dont think thats right and I think those options should be available when placing a order through any app.. no very happy with the options giving 😕 😒
