- JWJ WMar 25, 20262.0Been to this location many times in the past few months because it's conveniently on my way to work. Every time I go they do not season the fries! I have specifically asked for extra Cajun seasoning and still no seasoning. This is very disappointing. I continued to try this place thinking maybe it was just a one off bad experience or maybe a new person in training that day but that doesn't seem to be the case. This morning I went and again, no seasoning so I called, a line manager answered; I ask if this was a new practice and I was told "we always season the fries" when I explained this has happened multiple times I got hung up on. I really was just trying to understand what happened but I received a rude response. Will not recommend this location. I will be going out of my way to visit the other ones in Statesville to get my seasoned fries!

The chicken was like something somebody fried in their kitchen. I called but they couldn't offer any kind of explanation acceptthat maybe somebody forgot to put spices in the batter. ASHLEY offered no replacement chicken. Will not be back
