- CHChris HatcuFeb 15, 20261.0We placed a big order on Friday today Sunday at 11 am I called to double check that everything is still okay and ready for pick up today at 3:30 the lady on the phone said yes of course no problem everything will be ready for you when I got here at 3:30 the employees working where we’re clueless at shift change who ever Kayla was apparently didn’t let them know about the order so no we have to figure something else out I can assure you subway lost all of our business

The restaurant was not clean, the staff seemed uninterested, and the service was painfully slow even though it wasn’t busy. My sandwich was sloppily made and the ingredients didn’t taste fresh. For the price, I expected much better quality and basic customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.
