Really? All we wanted were a couple of drinks and fries but apparently the store decided to close early tonight. On top of the fact that on the speaker the lady sounded rude and made the remark of “we’re closed closed, we close at 10 we’re closed bye”. Highly unprofessional.

- SMShanel MyvettOct 31, 20251.0I stopped at McDonald’s for a quick meal before taking my kids trick-or-treating, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee on the speaker asked if she could help me. I said, “One moment, please,” and she immediately responded with, “OH MY GOD!” I went ahead and placed my order anyway. When she asked if I needed anything else, I said “Yes, one sec,” and she abruptly told me to pull up to the next window — completely ignoring the rest of my order. When I got to the window, I explained that I wanted to add a $1 McChicken. The employee told me they don’t take orders at the window but asked the manager if she could make an exception. The manager immediately said, “Absolutely not, I’m not doing that,” and walked away without even acknowledging me. The level of customer service at this location was awful — easily the worst I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. I won’t be returning to this location again. Manager was an Adrian American male with dress and a pink shirt on Halloween night. He doesn’t even deserve to work at McDonald’s
