  We ate the buffet for lunch today and there was 1 hot pizza put out the entire time (12-1PM) and we had to refill our own drinks. There were no plates given again to get a second helping of the pizza that wasn’t there anyways. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here.

  I placed my order, and the pickup time said 5:43 PM, but I didn’t get my food until 7:32 PM. The app never notified me of any delays or mentioned that the restaurant was busy. My order included two Big Dinner Boxes and one double cheese sticks, so they considered it a “big order,” but it felt like it was completely ignored. I waited inside the restaurant for two hours, watching customers who came in after me get their food and leave before me (me and brother in law ended up the last people waited their food — which clearly shows the level of disregard towards the customers) that was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. Waiting two hours for food, no matter the size of the order, is unacceptable. After over an hour, the staff finally realized how long we had been waiting and made a list of customers, but I still ended up being the last one served. The manager didn’t even come out to speak to us — instead, he sent the cashier to apologize and offer a “cookie or brownie next time,” which honestly felt disrespectful. They had to remake the order (the few items they had done), because it had been sitting there cold and forgotten. On top of that, we had a dairy allergy pizza (Meat Lovers, no cheese, no Parmesan, dairy allergy added in the comment section), yet they added cheese — twice. Even after the manager said he made it “personally” because staff was confused regarding the sauce (which was a Sweet Marinara), it still came out wrong, and a family member couldn’t eat their dinner because of the allergy risk. After two hours, we were still missing items: one order of breadsticks and one order of bacon cheese sticks. When my husband called to complain about the allergy pizza, the manager argued and said it wasn’t marked as a dairy allergy, even though it clearly was in the order and on the receipt. Overall, this was a terrible experience and easily the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. There were a lot of upset customers that night. Please hire more staff or temporarily close the store until it can be properly managed, because this was unacceptable and embarrassing for the Pizza Hut franchise.

  First. We absolutely love Pizza Hut and we’ve eaten there for years BUT Waited 2 hours for an order. They had to remake a specialty pizza and still got it wrong didn’t give us half of our order and then offered a brownie for our trouble. The current staff at this Pizza Hut is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Manager just makes excuses wastes 2 hours of your life and you do not get your order and then they offer your a brownie for your trouble. We Will never be back. Side note: Pizza Hut get your franchises in order. Sad. Sad.
