  Kitchen staff is loud and playful. Line for food is too long. A lot of dirty tables, floor is soaking wet from assuming ice machine malfunction l. Employee cussing behind the counter. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for employees!

  Just visited just now the girl in the drive through was rude and needs to be fired and the older woman in the inside was rude to all because they didn’t do their jobs and lock the door at midnight how was I supposed to know they closed at midnight but yet your in customer service I was a manger for Taco Bell before and I would never hire this staff I think the dm and RGM and Gm and AM should all have a talk with this unappreciative staff since they don’t value their jobs and don’t know customer service at all. Instead of talking and leaning over the counter actually do your pre closing tasks as you were trained to do not just sit there clocked and get paid to be a statue do better or quit. Theirs more deserving people to work at a establishment that I truly want to see succeed the closing staff they had tonight doesn’t represent the company I actually care about I’m writing this so they can definitely do better as a team the morning staff is rockstars and so is mid shift I had talks with the GM and she is amazing it’s not her fault when she ain’t here her staff wants to act like they don’t have common sense and forget how to do their jobs.

  Waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order i never received they told me to keep waiting multiple times and blamed it on training a new person when multiple people ordered after me and got their food before me.

  These five stars are for Juan at the window!! The friendliest person I've encountered at this location. I come here once in a while and I wouldn't say it's the friendliest location. My food is right most of the time but not all of the time. Today I came twice... and the first time the part I ordered for myself was incorrect. The happiest part of my visit was coming back and going through the window and being blown out of the water by one of the friendliest faces I have seen in my experience here over the last 2 years! :) I don't want to put others down that's why I haven't made a review either way but I didn't know how else to describe the contrast of why this was so nice. 🙏

  Ketha is absolutely amazing! She made sure I had my food before she even took a break. Her customer service is second to none and she supports her team. She even went back and jumped on the line to speed things up in the drive thru and lobby. She is one of the main reasons why I come back to this location.
