  The location was not taking any card transactions; just online orders and cash… why the line is moving solid idk… I don’t even eat McDonald’s and I just wanted a Frappe but to wait 10-15mins is ridiculous

  l went in after working a long shift and just wanted to go home and veg out. I needed some of their frozen custard. I went in and said I NEEDED the custard. They got it for me very quick and served it with a smile and a "I sure hope this works for you" I said thank you I know it will...and it did.

  WORST PLACE TO ORDER THEY ALWAYS TAKE 30MIN- 1HR ONCE THEY TELL U TO PULL OVER TO GIVE YOUR ORDER AT DRIVE THRU!!!

  Came through the drive through and my friend was having trouble with the app and he couldn’t get the code to come up and the lady on the speaker tried three times in 3 mins to get his order when we tried to explain all she said was she couldn’t understand us and was quite rude. She then told us the app sometimes doesn’t work and no one was behind us but she honestly didn’t have to be rushing us and rude when she couldn’t hear us and we were loud talking back trying to explain why it was taking us more than 5 mins to order mind you no one was behind us. The lady at second window was nice though.
