  I've had issues with this establishment before but made a quick stop for breakfast as it was on the way. Pretty hard to mess up breakfast right...wrong! Entire meal was cold. Both breakfast sandwiches and hash browns were room temperature! Mcmuffins were hard, tough and dry! Eggs were extremely small and sausage cold and over cooked. The tea was extremely cloudy and taste was off. I will not be going back to this location. They have definitely deteriorated in quality and service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  Got some sandwiches and fries for the kids using the drive-thru and I was surprised by the short window of time between the request to go to parking number 4, and when the lady showed up with my bags. No mistakes on the order and everything well arranged. The system here is working like a champ!

  I have visited this location multiple times visiting family. Today was the icing on the cake! Employees walking out, manager saying things they shouldn’t have been saying with kids and customers in the waiting area. I’ve been standing here 28 minutes and my order number hasn’t been taken yet! We did a mobile Order or we would Leave. Every time though it’s a wait. So this isn’t just a one off, I think employees have had enough. I see McDonald’s is responding to some people it it’s obvious that’s about as far as anything is going. This place is a disgrace to the name.

  Went there this morning ordered 2 biscuits and gravy meals and orange just. It was literally 7 cars ahead of me parked waiting to receive food. When I reached the 2nd window the they asked me to park as well so I had to wait until someone came out of a space. Did not receive my drinks before being parked. Waited about 7 minutes and my food came out. I drove to my destination and upon opening my tray I find a piece of broken eggshell in my food. This is a hazard. On top of not getting my drinks I now am not going to eat my food because I dont know if there is any other eggshells or something that can harm me in my food. Will not return to this mcdonalds location and possibly any location.

  This McDonalds needs some work. 30+ minutes wait. They somehow forgot to make my order even though I used the machine in front. There are a few staff just walking around on their phones not helping their team make orders. You can hear the staff that are working in the back confused and frustrated, struggling with communication. One of the monitors is not connected for the menu, another monitor is broken, i dont think i got a good photo of the broken one sorry. The fountains are disgusting, no napkins loaded in the dispenser. Somebody needs to be fired.
