That is very immature for one, and for two it’s very poor customer service skills. I understand people have bad days, but to be rude and disrespectful that way…very uncalled for. I won’t be going back to that location and it’s right down the road from my house! That young lady has a lot of growing up to do!

I arrived here on 12/3/2025 around 6pm - no excuse for two people at the same window taking themoney and someone else spending so much time making a watery sprite. It seems as if everything is prepared 4 hours in advance and then served.
- VTVic TNov 17, 20251.0I pick up here all the time for UberEats and it’s usually super slow but tonight (11/17) I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to ask me what order I’m picking up. They laughed ab the fact I had just been standing here while they were in the kitchen playing. There’s 4+ people back there and everybody is playing. Specifically the guy with lots of tattoos and the lady at the drive thru window. As a delivery driver when the customer has to wait I lose money. I try to avoid picking up here anyways but after tonight I’m done fr this is ridiculous and whoever the store manager is should probably consider hiring new staff at night.
