I want to start this by saying I've been here three times in the last year and every time it was unfriendly and weird atmosphere. But this time I decided to actually review because not only was it weird and unfriendly but also I free ripped off. First of all every time I go here there are no other customers. So I write this review understanding that the gentleman working had more than enough time before we walked in to fill the lineup. My husband and I went in trying to get four subs. When I walked up to the bar almost everything was empty. And I'm not exaggerating. I was told that there was only one kind of sliced cheese ( hot pepper)and shredded cheese that would be available. So for each of my sandwiches the gentleman had to walk to the back four separate times to get four different kinds of meat. Starting with the tuna sandwich I got a footlong and the man scraped every bit of tuna he can get out of there which was not a lot and then tried to literally spread it across. When it when it even go to the end of the bread I called him out on this saying that is not very much tuna don't you have to go get more and he said all he had to give for a footlong is three scoops. Three very small scoops. When I insisted he go get more and told him I guess I would have to pay for extra he reluctantly went and got more and charged me for it. Then I went to a ham sandwich which he ran out of him had to go to the back again. Then I had two bmts for which she had to go in the back two more times to get salami and pepperoni. All of the vegetables looked like they were turned down to cold and it was literally freezing the vegetables. I was told they were out of bell peppers. And the only reason we got the fourth sub was because it was posted on the window by three get one free. And of course that is only with an app which my husband didn't know and didn't want to be bothered with so we paid $45 for four subs. My husband did not get a receipt which I am scared to look at how we spent that much money on four subs when one of the sub was literally just ham and lettuce. When I asked my husband what he wanted for dinner initially and we decided on subway we were going to stop at a different location just because my husband and I have been here two other times and it was not great experiences but we decided to reluctantly try it again and they will not be a fourth. This place really needs a hard look at the staff and atmosphere or at least have all the things there to make the sandwich.

It seems like every time I come to this subway it seems like they are never prepared tonight I came by at 7:00pm they had almost no bread available and no more cooking. I tried to order steak and cheese but it was all frozen. All the chairs are up ready to close even though they close at 10:00pm. The two workers are joking around not caring about making orders. There’s even a door dash in there waiting for more than 20 minutes. I wish this was a one time thing but seems like it’s every time I try to get subway.

As soon as I walked in, there was no greeting, nothing. I’m Hispanic, and it felt like I wasn’t even acknowledged, despite the fact that I was right there. The employee, Gabriella, seemed more interested in giving Samuel attitude about focusing on online orders, even though I was standing in front of her ready to be served. What made matters worse was how she suddenly brightened up when a Caucasian customer walked in. She immediately greeted him with enthusiasm, asking how he was doing, and even made sure to give him a 10% military discount which, by the way, I’m also military! Gabriella’s behavior was completely unprofessional and rude. Samuel, on the other hand, was polite and handled the situation well, even though I’m sure he was frustrated. Honestly, it’s hard to believe this is the type of employee Subway is choosing to lead their store. If Gabriella is in charge of anything, she needs some serious training on customer service and respect for all customers, regardless of their race. Thank you to Samuel for making my sandwich, but Gabriella, you really need to reconsider your career in customer service. If this is the standard Subway is setting for their staff, they need to rethink who they’re hiring. It was a disappointing experience, to say the least.

I walked into this Subway and was immediately met with attitude from the shift manager, Gabriela. As soon as I arrived, she said—in a very unpleasant, smart-mouthed way—that online orders would be handled first. It wasn’t what she said, but how she said it. Thankfully, the young employee with dreads, Samuel, stepped in and took care of me. He apologized for her rudeness and said he would make my sandwich himself. While he was helping me, Gabriela repeated that she had told him to focus on online orders first, again in the same rude tone. Huge thank-you to Samuel for his professionalism and kindness. He handled the situation with respect and made sure I was taken care of. Subway really needs to reevaluate who’s being put in charge of these shifts—customer service is everything. Honestly, Samuel showed better leadership and customer service skills than the actual shift manager.

Ordered two subs through DoorDash. BOTH were completely wrong and sloppy. Very disappointing. Both were missing items and both had extra items that were not ordered. Worse sub I have had EVER. Will not order from there again
