    Have messed up online orders twice in a row. When trying to call never answer or can’t get through. This place has steadily went down the past few months.

    Needs a new manager. Spent 45 min in drive thru tonight for 2 cheeseburgers, fries, mcflurry and a drink. Didnt see an employee walk by the delivery window for 20 min. When I did see an employee they were dancing. No sense of urgency. Left with melted mc flurry and the wrong drink. Inside not any better from past experience.

    Nothing wrong with the food if you ever get it ... management is clearly running this place into the ground by either understaffing or sheer lack of customer service no one should wait 32 minutes for an order previously placed when it is very clear no one is waiting to order inside or through the drive through ... and what's with all the stray on the floor in random spots through the dinning room ... this location used to be so good ..

    This is the local McDonald's so we go here often. However, the food can be a hit or miss. I think this relates to all McDonald's. Never been to the playpen but they do have one available. I do not recommend going during rush hour but again this relates to all McDonald's. And we do keep going back and it is a good place for quick and easy.

    Ordered 3 McChicken, got pulled up to drive thru pickup spot, waited 30 min, while other cars after got food, finally got my food and it was cold
