We ordered food from this location today on DoorDash. To start, the driver couldn’t make it to our house so I had to drive 10 minutes away to meet him on the side of the road to pick up my delivery order. Then when I checked the bags to make sure we got all of the food, there was 5 items missing from the order. 100% dissatisfied with the entire experience and will not be a returning customer 🤷🏽♂️

Never stop here! Employees are rude on the drive thru and in the inside! Food is prepared horribly definitely alot of cross contamination! I’m gonna report them to the health department

My hash browns were cooked so hard that I could not eat them. I was given the wrong McGriddle. The customer service I received was excellent. She was very cheerful and engaged in conversation and answered my questions. As far as the atmosphere there was staff members walking by the window, and I know that they are working, but if I wave at you, you should at least wave back with a smile instead of frowning and turning your head.

I decided to stop and pick up lunch for me and my kid after going grocery shopping. It wasn’t until I got home, brought my sleeping toddler inside to bed, unloaded and put away groceries that I realized my drink had a bug in it. I’ve tried calling but don’t ever get an answer. I left a complaint on the website hoping to hear back. I understand things like that happen but how was it not caught when putting the lid on? This isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this location and I hope they can do something about it.
