Very slow service. The food wasnt prepped per my order. The workers were slow and not attentive at all to customers waiting to place, recieve or get corrections for orders made incorrectly.

Nothing is ever fresh! I asked them to make sure the fries were fresh because every time I go they are cold unsalted half the time or soggy and cold. There’s no in between. I got a McDouble with one pickle. The patty was so dry indicating it’s more than likely been past time to throw that portion of those patties out. I was missing a whole cheeseburger to a cheeseburger meal. It wasn’t even busy. Staff there must have not been properly trained. I understand it’s fast food not the best quality but at least try to get the meal right.

The drive-thru cannot get an order right. Fries are lukewarm at best. Wrong drinks. Upcharge and upsize drinks when I tell them what size I want. And now today when my order was a cheeseburger and small fries all that was in the bag was a large fry.

The store for one was disgusting, nothing stocked by drink fountain, floors all sticky, tables all dirty..
the service was down right poor. I’ve worked in customer service so I understand how it gets under stress and busyness…but omg. Everyone is getting the grinch meal right now because you know it’s seasonal.. they were picking and choosing who to give the box, the socks, the seasoning.. WHEN THAT IS THE GRINCH MEAL. I had to ask for the box, the socks, the seasoning..everything - when correcting them they just laughed and got shitty. Then my husband and I asked for honey mustard, what’d we get..HOT mustard. The meal goes on we try the fries, soggy as hell - not even fully cooked. Then I go to eat my mc chicken because everything else was a let down.. I open my mc chicken and it is not what i ordered, I can only eat a mc chicken with cheese on it - that’s just me. So I have to go back into the store and correct my order…
Very sad experience for what everyone is hyping up. Maybe it’s just this store.
