- TMT MeneghiniFeb 20, 20261.0We came here 2/9/26 around 11am . We went in to see what donuts were available. There was a sign at the register that said "Use kiosk". When we tried to find the donuts we wanted at the kiosk they weren't there, it only had the normal options and none of the specialty ones we wanted. We waited at the register to talk to an associate but they were all near the drive through looking at us like we were mad for trying to order at the register. We eventually gave up and went through the drive through to order. When we tried to tell them what donuts we wanted, they said they didn't know which ones we were talking about and they didn't have them available. After 3 minutes of trying to tell them the exact donut and location/tray, we said never mind and gave up on our order. This is the worst experience we've ever had at a dunkin donut and we will never return to this location again.
