  this place is my favorite fast food restaurant hands down, but i placed an order for pick up on 2/20 at 11ish pm and my cheesesteak bites werent in the order at all! so i checked my order and surely they were on there in the app and also on the receipt stapled to the bag. that still wasnt a problem to me as i just assumed the limited time offer for cheesesteak bites was up, and was just going to call to get them to refund it out. nope! im not sure if the phone number is even tied to a phone that's actually in store because that thing kept ringing and ringing and ringing. it's unacceptable that any food place not have a way for customer contact especially seeing it's a repeat problem (according to other reviews) for people to get in touch here. i love the food, and always been happy with the service the employees provide, but how am i going to go back to a place where i cant sort out a simple misunderstanding and get my money back?

  Tell me why they say they close at 2 am and i call around 1:30 am to make sure they're open and they don't answer! Then i had to drove almost 20 minutes to pick up an order to find out they closed at 1:50 am and i had to drive back for anither 20 minutes waisted my time some a worker git out another closing the register and when she saw me turned off the light was so suspicious and weired and waste of my time i will accept less orders from them from now on

  Reminds me of Rally’s from my childhood. Best hot dogs in the area by price and quality.

  Checkers is… fine. Not amazing, not terrible—just kind of exactly what you expect. The burgers are greasy in that fast-food way that hits the spot sometimes, especially late at night, but they’re not particularly memorable. Fries are probably the highlight—crispy, seasoned, and consistently better than the burgers themselves. Service is hit or miss. Some days the order comes out fast and correct, other days you’re double-checking the bag and waiting longer than you’d like. The place itself feels pretty standard for a drive-thru chain: functional, not cozy, and not somewhere you’d hang out longer than necessary. Overall, Checkers works when you want something quick, salty, and familiar. It’s not a place you go out of your way for, but it does the job when the craving strikes. A perfectly average fast-food stop.

  The sweet tea was really bad, I mean really. It tasted like sewage or bad. I worked in fast food and I can say this is probably from unproper cleaning of what the drink is held in. Burgers were also cold.
